CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule. If rescheduling is required, the late-cancellation fee may apply. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize Vie Grooming Co. to charge the card on file when applicable. Emergencies will be considered individually.
